Cyclone @ Seemanchal

The cyclone hit Seemanchal i.e. east & north Bihar after recent it was hit by the Koshi flood. 93 persons died officially in Purnea, Araria, Kishanganj, Supaul & Madhubani. The affected areas are W. Bengal and Assam also. It's shocking that P.M., the president & UPA chairman Mrs. Gandhi expressed no concern over the issue.
